1. The service

MindAds ("the Service") is an AI-assisted Meta Ads management tool operated by Johnstocker AI Studio. During public beta, the Service is offered free of charge with usage caps (currently 50 AI messages / day / user).

2. Your account

You agree to:

• provide a valid email and not impersonate someone else
• keep your Meta access token confidential — anyone with your token can manage your ads
• be solely responsible for spend authorised in Meta on your behalf

3. Meta Ads safety

All AI-created campaigns, ad sets, and ads start in PAUSED status. You must review and activate them yourself. We do not auto-spend on your behalf.

That said, MindAds executes whatever you instruct via chat. If you say "pause everything" we will pause everything. Use the audit log to verify.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MindAds to:

• run advertising that violates Meta's Ad Policies
• scrape or resell another company's data
• circumvent Meta's rate limits or platform safeguards
• attack our infrastructure or attempt to extract other users' data

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any specific ad performance outcome. AI suggestions are advisory; you remain responsible for what is launched.

6. Liability cap

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (during free beta this is THB 0). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or abusive usage. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

5. ไม่รับประกัน

บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" เราไม่รับประกันผลโฆษณาใดๆ คำแนะนำของ AI เป็นเพียงข้อแนะนำ — คุณต้องรับผิดชอบสิ่งที่ launch เอง

6. ขอบเขตความรับผิด

ความรับผิดของเราจำกัดสูงสุดเท่ากับเงินที่คุณจ่ายให้เราใน 12 เดือนก่อนหน้า (ช่วง free beta = ฿0) ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม

7. การยกเลิก

เราอาจระงับ/ยกเลิกการใช้งานในกรณีฝ่าฝืนเงื่อนไข คุณยกเลิกการใช้ได้ตลอด ขอลบข้อมูลได้ตลอด

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลง

เงื่อนไขอาจถูกแก้ไข — การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญจะแจ้งทางอีเมลล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 14 วัน
